Wasn't Obama the first president elected with votes based on affirmative action?

I'd have to say that you hit the nail right on the head, aside from Obama's handlers running the single greatest campaign in the history of politics. However, we voted for the members of the Electoral College who actually put him in office. The only people Americans can blame is ourselves.
