Anybody know what book/magazine has this article ?

It is about the 5 people US should watch out for it includes North Korea's president as well as Iran and also Siberia ( or Syria not really sure ) the other two I forgot . It gives reason why US should watch out for them . I read it in ping and now want to read it . Please help ....
