I don't know how what to do.Will my little cousins have psychological problems?

Your little cousin is lucky to have you and your family. Just keep letting him know everyday you love him and care about him, also his sister. Encourage them to talk about their feelings with you and listen to them, acknowledge their feelings and let them know you are there for them. You sound like a wonderful person, they are lucky to have you :)
