hi im 34 years old female.i weight 148 size 5-6 im trying to lose 10 pounds i been working out on the elliptical for 4 weeks now for an hour a day.i haven't lost any weight at all i eat healthy. my boyfriend says he thinks im losing inches but i don't see it or feel any diff in my cloths.what am i doing wrong anyone plz im getting married in march want to fit in size 8 dress im a 10 ewww thanks (i heard it could be thyriod too i been on pills for that for over 6 years)
