MY RIGHT TESTICLE HURTS BAD!1?

im 13 turning 14 soon and theres this problem ok so it started back a few days ago it was my right ball it hurt a little and went away now today its been hurting the whole day! im scared i have cancer or testicular toursion !!!!! please help im nervous to talk to my parents abut this its very embarssing!!!!!!
