Dual Monitor setup but one periodically blacks out. Should I return it?

I just bought a Samsung 220wm and hooked it up to the DVI on my GeForce4 Ti 4200 with AGP 8X graphics card. I have an older Acer on the VGA hookup. Resolutions are awsome and everything looks great. However every so offten the Samsung blacks out for a sec or two then comes back to normal. CPU action is a non issue. This happens within a 10 min cycle. The old Acer has no issues. Resolutions are both set to native. Connections are solid. What could it be? Should I return the Samsung? I got it this monday...
