Can I save Microsoft Outlook on a fresh install?

Okay so there have been a lot of people lately that are asking me to fix their computer and I am finding that many of them don't keep their license keys when after they install once (dont understand why, but it turns out computer illiterate people really struggle). Anyhow, I was wondering if I could save Microsoft Office or Outlook and still manage a fresh install. Just curious. thanks.
